The Institute for Medical Psychology from University of Munich has launched the Munich Chronotype Questionnaire, a questionnaire aiming to understand the underlying complexity of our biological clock and individual differences in biological clock, as shown in every day behaviour. The participants will receive an automatic evaluation of their chronotype via email, as well as a link to relevant literature on this subject.

The questionnaire is part of EUCLOCK, a large European wide research network launched in 2006, which aims at the investigation of the circadian clocks in single cells and in humans.
