INTERNATIONAL VELUX AWARD 2018 FOR STUDENTS OF ARCHITECTURE

The International VELUX Award is a biennial competition for students of architecture. Students from all over the world are challenged to work with daylight as an ever relevant source of light, life and joy. Two hundred professionals within the field of architecture and research gathered at the iconic Rolex Learning Centre in Lausanne, Switzerland on 27 September to honour Japanese architect Hiroshi Sambuichi and American researcher Greg Ward. The two international profiles both received The Daylight Award 2018 and €100,000 for their groundbreaking work and dedication to daylight.
